From the first guest arrival to your first dance, the Hour Weddings team quietly holds the structure of the day with calm precision and genuine care — ensuring everything flows seamlessly, while you focus on what truly matters: celebrating your love.
When We Begin
Our On-the-Day Coordination service officially begins six (6) weeks prior to the wedding date.
From this point onwards, we step in to carefully organise, refine, and prepare every final detail of your day.
While you are welcome to book as early as you like to secure your date and availability, detailed planning and hands-on coordination begin six weeks before the wedding.
Pre-Wedding Preparation
(From 6 Weeks Before the Wedding)
In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we will:
Review all confirmed suppliers and timings to ensure the day runs seamlessly
Create a personalised wedding-day timeline and share it with all relevant suppliers
Liaise with the Registry Office to confirm ceremony arrangements (for civil weddings)
Hold a final call or meeting to go through your preferences, special touches, and final plans
This stage is about reassurance — knowing that everything has been considered, checked, and gently brought together.
Before the ceremony
This includes the special moments leading up to the ceremony, such as bridal preparations, liaising with your stylist, and coordinating florals—we curate every detail to ensure everything unfolds seamlessly and beautifully.
Ceremony Coordination
As the ceremony approaches, our team quietly oversees the space and the flow, allowing you to remain fully present.
We will:
Oversee ceremony set-up and readiness
Coordinate with your officiant, musicians, photographer, and key suppliers
Welcome guests, assist with seating, and cue the bridal entrance
Oversee ceremony flow, music, and signing
Oversee decor completion
Manage the confetti moment and guide guests smoothly to the next part of the celebration
Cocktail Hour & Reception Coordination
As you move into cocktail hour and dinner, we orchestrate everything behind the scenes so the celebration unfolds naturally.
We will:
Oversee décor completion and supplier set-ups
Liaise with catering and bar teams to keep service on schedule
Coordinate speeches, first dance, cake cutting, and entertainment
Anticipate and calmly resolve any last-minute changes
Keep guests informed while allowing the atmosphere to flow effortlessly
