I am Monica, the heart behind Hour Weddings.

For nearly twenty years, I have had the privilege of standing beside couples on one of the most important days of their lives. I have calmed nerves, managed timings, fixed last-minute details and cried at more ceremonies than I can count.

I grew up in Gibraltar, and I know this place deeply — the venues, the light, the people and the little details that make a wedding day here feel so special. That local knowledge is something I bring into every wedding we plan, and it makes a real difference to how smoothly and beautifully everything comes together.

Over the years, I have been trusted with some truly remarkable celebrations, including the wedding of Gibraltar’s Chief Minister. I have also had the honour of being featured on UK television and welcoming couples from Gibraltar, the UK, Europe and all over the world.

Today, I am supported by a dedicated team who share the same care, attention to detail and love for every wedding we create. Together, we make sure each couple feels guided, supported and completely looked after from the very first conversation to the final moments of the day.

But what I am most proud of is not any title, feature or recognition. It is the moment a couple tells us they felt completely cared for. That they enjoyed their wedding day. That they were not worried about a single thing.

That is why I started Hour Weddings.
