Bookings confirmed based on either verbal/email/WhatsApp confirmation basis
A penalty of 30% out of the total invoice amount will apply to the supplier being late to the event.
Once confirmed (as above) Hour Concierge will expect to receive an invoice to be paid by the end of the month when the invoice is created and sent.
Up to 24h prior to event – Upon confirmation from the client, the supplier will be responsible for 100% of booking
No variation to these Terms & Conditions will be accepted without the written consent of Hour Concierge.
