Note to Client – Special Concessions & Added Values

As part of your booking, the venue is offering the following special concessions and added values:

  • One double room for single occupancy (B&B) free of charge during the event for every 25 rooms per night confirmed.

  • Free use of sunbeds in the award-winning gardens and on the beach.

  • Welcome drink for the group upon arrival.

  • Access to the sauna, steam room, and indoor heated swimming pool.

  • Wi-Fi available in public areas, meeting rooms, and bedrooms.

  • Concierge, parking, and turndown service.

  • Golf desk services.

  • Group accommodation rates available three days before and after the group dates, subject to availability.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 4 weeks prior to arrival: No charge

  • 3 weeks prior to arrival: 50% charge of the total value of the booking

  • 2 weeks prior to arrival: 75% charge of the total value of the booking

  • 1 week prior to arrival: 100% charge of the total value of the booking

All prices are subject to availability and hotel conditions.

GROUP CONDITIONS

•      10 rooms minimum for the above rates to apply

Should the minimum number of rooms not be met at the end of the cut-off date, all existing reservations under the group block will default to our online Best Available Rate and conditions, and each guest will be notified accordingly.
